Exfoliation
Body scrub is massaged all over the body, gently exfoliating dead skin away. Let us first exfoliate your body, shower then enjoy an application of body moisturizer leaving you feeling silky smooth and relaxed. Sports Therapy Massage
This massage is delivered to you by our experienced therapist Katrina. She has years of experience with her massage techniques to give you a sports massage that will help resolve any injury. It might hurt, what’s the saying no pain no gain!

Hot Stones Massage
Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage using flat, smooth heated basalt stones that are positioned along the spine, in your palms of your hands, legs etc. Using the power of hot stones and massage techniques this treatment helps to aid with detoxing and healing the body. Choose either half body or full body.

Deep Tissue & Advanced Therapist Massage
These massages are given by our most experienced therapists, Donna & Katrina. They have years of experience between them, developing many different massage techniques over these years, which allows them to bespoke your massage just for you. You will not leave disappointed, no muscle will be left untouched, leaving you feeling taller, straighter and more relaxed.

CACI Synergy Anti Celulite & Bum Lift
